Hi, I’m Jane, founder and head designer at Plainjane Home Design. I appreciate you taking the time to visit my website, and I hope that you like what you see here. I know how important it is to find a designer you can connect with and will enjoy working with – I hope you’ve decided that’s me!
With over 30 years in the Interior Design world, I’ve experienced all aspects of design from commercial to private clients, the Royal family and latterly, setting up the in-house Home Design service for Neptune.
I adore interiors; I love the journey with my clients but mostly, I love seeing a house become a home and the deep joy it brings. I specialise in creating warm, homely and classic interiors with a little twist of modernity. My personal style combines all these elements, and I adore Swedish and French interior influences too (my many holidays to France will confirm that!). I believe that having a beautiful, functional space, will shape how you use your home and the enjoyment that brings.
